Company Annual Compliance Services

Stay compliant with MCA, ROC, and income tax filing obligations. We manage your annual returns and statutory filings so you can focus on your business.

What is Annual Compliance?

Every registered company and LLP in India must fulfil a set of statutory compliance obligations each financial year. These include holding and documenting board meetings, preparing financial statements, filing annual returns with the Registrar of Companies (ROC), and filing income tax returns.

Non-compliance attracts heavy penalties, disqualification of directors, and in serious cases, the company may be struck off the register. Our team helps you stay on track with all mandatory filings and deadlines.
